We had an incredible experience at Randall‘s tire. We were in from out of town doing some sightseeing and had not one but two nails and or screws and our relatively new tire. They were able to help us with our warranty talk to our mechanic back in Wilmington and we’re able to get a new tire get it mounted and out of there and just a little over an hour. People were kind professional, and such a pleasure to work with. We can’t thank them enough for getting it fixed so quickly and getting us back on the road. Thank you to Robert and his team we would stop in to see you another time if we’re ever in Greensboro, but Hopefully we won’t need anything repaired. We highly recommend this shop.

Robert and Lisa are some of the nicest people I have ever met. On top of their awesome southern accents they both offered customer service that was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at any shop whether it be for my car or an antique marketplace. On my way down from Pennsylvania to North Carolina for my daughter‘s competition my radiator and water pump went out. Their shop was right across from the Colosseum complex in Greensboro. They began repairs on Friday and even gave me the loaner car from their business to use the entire weekend because not a single rental vehicle through enterprise or other entities was available. Robert even gave me his personal number so that if there were any issues with their shop vehicle, I could reach him over the weekend which was also Father’s Day weekend that he was trying to enjoy himself. They had my vehicle done Monday before the expected time and kept me in the loop the entire time. . Robert gave me a good firm handshake and Lisa gave me a hug, I paid my bill and was sent on my way. Big round of applause for these good people making hard times better, God bless you guys!

I have used them for a number of years. After Randall sold the shop it has been different. They do fine work, however their prices are in line with a dealership. They charged my daughter $388 to put Freon in her Lexus. They did not tell her the service was going to be $400 up front. I've never paid more than $150 for the service. We would have been better off going to Jiffy Lube. I also checked with the Lexus dealership the service would have been between 150 and 250$. With these kind of prices we'll just go to the Lexus dealership.

Great shop to being your car to. The staff is helpful and easy to talk to. They let me know what issues I need repaired before an alignment. The shop I used to go to never let me know if I had issues so my car never felt like the alignment worked. But here they gave me the report and I took care of my issues and my truck came out driving great. Will be back with my other vehicles.

I had an amazing experience at Randall’s Automotive. Angello at the front desk helped me out a lot by breaking everything down step by step and explaining exactly what was going on with my car in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was. Mathew even took the time to show me how to change my oil, which was super helpful and something you don’t get everywhere. Diana set me up with my appointment and worked around my schedule because I had some things going on. She was very professional both in person and over the phone, and also extremely kind. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jeffery fixed my car in tip-top shape and even offered some free pointers to help me moving forward. The whole team really helped me out and looked out for me, which meant a lot. Everyone was very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend them to everyone, especially females, because they are honest, respectful and truly try to help instead of taking advantage of you.
